Warranty Period
Each of our LED display products comes with at least two years warranty and a lifetime maintanance services.
Cooperation Terms
1. Payment Terms: by T/T 40% down payment before production, balance 60% before delivery. If the full payment is less than USD 10,000, which should be all paid by one time before production arrange.
2. Delivery Port: EXW Factory.
3. DeliveryTime: about 25 working days generally after receiving your down payment.
Quality Guarantee
Warrant time is 1 years, during this period; we will maintain and replace the
defect components for free, if the damage is caused by fault operation, you need to pay for cost. After warrant time is over, we will offer you component parts at our bottom cost.
Technical Support
We provide technology training for free, which contains the
operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in the factory. After clients place the orders, all operation manual,
software, test reports are available. Any associated CAD drawing on how to fix up the display and some other expert suggestion will be provided. If you need, we can send our engineer to your side for instruction, and clients should pay the cost of engineer `s trip.
Free Training
You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free of charge training, such as: soft operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing and so on.
