After-Sales Service
1. Free training: 
You can send your engineers who know electronics and information to our factory and we provide free technical training, which contains training operation and maintenance of the LED display at our factory. We also offer the instruction manual, software, test report, drawing steel structure, and so on. 
2. Installation: 
We can offer you an engineer to install the LED display, but you have to offer him two-way air tickets and accommodation, and a visa. The engineer's salary is $80/day, or we can guide you to install the screen by team-viewer remote control. 
3. After-Sales Service;
If you have any questions about our product, you can inform us by mail or call, and we will reply to you in 24 hours, and offer you a good solution for your problem.


Packaging


Trade Terms
1)  Payment: T/T, usually 50% prepayment before production,
     50% balance to be paid before delivery, it also changes according to the total  quantity
2)  50% of the total price must be paid before production as a down payment. (T/T)
     The other 50% must reach the seller's accounts on the delivery date, or the seller will hold the products. (T/T)
3)  Sample can be delivered in 10 days
4)  Shipping port: Shenzhen, Mainland China
5)  Discounts are offered based on order quantities.

Q1; How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We mostly accept FOB train terms, but we can help you order and arrange a shipping agent.
It usually takes 20-30 days on the sea. a few days for customs clearance.

Q2; Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
